Saint Pancake, I respectfully wonder aloud if your "On This Day in History" for May 23, you might include a simple note for May 23, 1844: The Bab comes to mankind, Shiraz, Iran

Or some other small, factual observation noting only that He came on that date, (inasmuch as all KINDS of prophecies foretold Him, but that's not important now!)

A simple, factual inclusion would be greatly appreciated, not only by myself, but by other posters (yes, I've seen others cognizant of the existence of the Baha'i Faith posting at LGF) but by lurkers and readers around the world.

Ah, but in the Faith of the Glory of God, NO COERCION is permitted. At all.

Your friend, passing in the ether,

Houston, eh? I have an e-friend who is also from an Army intelligence background, emailing me from northern Texian territory, near the Oklahoma border...

And during college getting my doctorate, I roomed in a house owned by Old Bill Greer, who was born in the Oklahoma Territories in the Centennial Year and made it to the BiCentennial Year...

Used to tell us of how 'them Injuns burned the house next door (4 miles away) after they killed all the white folk...'

    CUL
    Test, one, two...
